The Enterprise Solutions Practice at SIS is one of the largest in India, with over 100 technical & functional consultants certified in Axapta and/ or Navision. The team handles complex ERP implementation projects in India and abroad. The Academy of Excellence (AoE) initiative has recently been flagged-off to ensure knowledge-retention and training to consultants, who want to take up Axapta & Navision in a big way.
Trainees get a chance to rub shoulders with senior consultants who bring with them immense implementation experience and knowledge across various projects. Trainees also get a chance to lay their hands on live customer projects and enhance their learning through proper guidance from the faculty.
SIS is also formalizing the recruitment of trainee consultants into live projects as employees. For this to happen, trainees would be required to pass stringent tests and interviews.
